Today, I am writing my impression of reading this book which is stating what is the difference between Japanese and American youth baseball environment. （今日は、こちらのアメリカの少年野球こんなに日本と違ってた という本の感想を述べたいと思います！）
Although I haven’t been to US yet, this book taught me what’s the big difference between Japanese and American Youthbaseball environment.(私はお恥ずかしながら実際にまだアメリカ本国に行ったことはありませんが、この書籍を読んで日本とアメリカの少年野球環境について学べました🇯🇵⚾🇺🇸)
Here’s 3 of good things what I felt about American Youthbaseball.(以下は私自身が感じたアメリカ少年野球の３つの良い点です。)
①The bottom line is that the parents always try to do their best for making their kids to have confident.(最も大切にしていることは、親が子供達自身に自信をつけてもらうために常にベストを尽くして行動している)
②There is so many options to play baseball. Especially, Travel teams, Recreational teams and also private lessons.(トラベルチーム、レクチーム、プライベートレッスン等の多様な野球環境が用意されている。)
③Kid’s move to different teams normally happens each seasons.(子供達は毎シーズン、当たり前のようにいろんなチームに移籍が可能)
Especially, No.3 is really easy to see which coach is good or bad. And if a team has great coach, that team will be popular and have a lot of kids. （特に、③の移籍を自由に行えるというのは、指導者の可視化にも繋がると考えており、必然的に良い指導者には子供達が集まることになります！）
Under this system, Coaches need to keep learning about baseball and its coaching skills. If not, team will not have enough kids players then team can not operate. So I think Japanese Youth baseball environment should create this rule, and then they will be getting better and better. （これは、指導者が学びを継続していき、自分自身のコーチングスキルを上げていかなければ、チーム運営そのものに支障をきたすという意味でもコーチングのレベルアップに繋がって、日本の少年野球環境も取り入れていった方が、より良い環境を構築していけるのではないでしょうか？？）
